These terms set out the general basis on which De Mart Chris discusses quotations, project work, materials and communication with clients.
Use of this website
The content on this website is provided for general information about our services. Images, project descriptions and contact details may be updated at any time without notice.
Quotations
Quotations are prepared after a site visit or after receiving sufficient project information. Prices remain valid for the period stated on the quotation and may change if the scope, material prices or site conditions change.
Scope and variations
Work carried out is limited to the scope described in the accepted quotation. Additional work is treated as a variation and is agreed and priced before it is carried out.
Payment
Payment terms are set out in each quotation or contract. Materials and mobilisation may require an advance payment before work begins.
Workmanship
We carry out work to the standard described in the quotation. Any defect in workmanship reported within the agreed defects period will be inspected and corrected where the cause is attributable to our work.
Liability
We are not liable for delays or damage caused by circumstances outside our control, including client-supplied materials, other contractors on site, or weather conditions.
